What are Celebrity Glasses/Sunglasses?
Celebrity Glasses/Sunglasses are Designer Inspired Sunglasses. They are not originals.
The inspired sunglasses that we carry represent sunglasses that have retail prices
from $100-$350 and more. As you can imagine original Celebrity Designer Sunglasses
are VERY expensive and are just not affordable to the average person. So we decided
to find an alternative for everyone to be able to wear the great style that
celebrities wear without having to fork up a car payment to do it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs for all domestic orders is $6.00. Depending on your
preferred shipping options it can run a little bit more. International Orders
start at $9.00 for shipping.
All packages are sent via USPS First Class mail, and we usually ship daily. We
add Insurance upon request. We ship Monday thru
Friday, and most orders go out within 48 hours. If we are unable to ship your
order within 48 hours, we will notify you of such.

Please include a personal check, cashiers check or money order for the indicated amount, including shipping
charges. Please note that personal checks take up to 10 days to clear. When
sending us your order, do not forget any shipping costs. You must also indicate
color preference or we send the color available at the time or the color shown on
the web site
How can I change/add to my order?
You can add, delete items in the shopping cart at any time before you actually
check out. Once you place an order it however, it will be processed. You can
certainly go back and order more items as you so choose.
How can I cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on our quick shipment of products. Please review your
order carefully. Once you click the "Submit Order" button,
our fulfillment process begins and no changes can be made to your order.
From that point on, you are responsible for your purchase. However, you may cancel a backordered
item by emailing us.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most of orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If for some reason they are not, we will email you and will
inform you that it might take a bit longer to ship.
Can I place an order via e-mail?
E-mailing is not considered a secure means of placing an order. CelebrityGlasses'
Internet site is secure, protecting your privacy, and ready to receive your

Can I place an order via telephone?
While we realize that many people still don't trust the internet as a secure
means of ordering, we assure you that it is much more secure than either
emails or phone calls.
Where's my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for products to ship. All shipments are
sent via USPS shipping. USPS shipping usually takes 3-7 business
days anywhere in the US. The USPS does not provide a way to track shipments, but we have found
them to be more reliable and better all around than any other shipping
method.
Do you accept personal checks?
We do accept personal checks as well as US
Postal Money Orders or Cashiers Checks for your purchase and will process
your order upon receipt. Please note that personal checks take up to 10 days to clear.
How can I return merchandise?
All items from CelebrityGlasses.com carry a 15-day Money
Back Guarantee from the date the package is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please e-mail us. All returns must include the original packing slip, product and case or they will be refused. Once we
receive your item we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase less shipping.

We can understand the hesitation for some to order online with what has
been said in the news in the past. We can assure you that ordering online
with us is very SECURE. However, we do offer you another option. You can always

Your website shows up very strange on my computer
screen?
This is hopefully another easy fix. Our website is best viewed at a Resolution of
1024 x 768 pixels. This is the best resolution to view our website although higher
resolutions will work just as good. Anything less than 1024 x 768 will make our
website appear VERY large. So we recommend changing your screen resolution.
Another reason to make our website look 'strange' would result from having an outdated
or older Internet Browser installed. We recommend having the latest Internet Explorer
by Microsoft installed on your system. You can download the latest version here. Newer
versions of Mozilla Firefox should work just fine, but we recommend using the latest version
of Internet Explorer preferably 6.0 and above.
