Return & Exchange Policy
All items from CelebrityGlasses.com carry a 15-Day Money
Back Guarantee from the date the package is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please e-mail us. All returns must include the original packing slip or they will be refused. Once we
receive your item we will credit your credit card account for the amount of your purchase (less shipping).
The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original
packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows
signs of damage. Guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
CelebrityGlasses.com guarantees to deliver all products defective-free. Prior to shipping your order we
conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects. Returns that lack original packaging material
or products that shows wear will be refused.
Return shipping costs are not refunded and are your responsibility. Be sure
to send your return merchandise via a traceable method (delivery conformation or insured mail). We are not
responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route.
